دراسة حتليلية وتعليق على حاشية الصاوي من أول سورة النور إىل اآلية 26
Abstract
It seems difficult for many people to clearly understand the book of Imam Alsawiy (Hashiya). Though, it is one of the most important books of Tafsir that people of Northern Nigeria refer to, especially in the recent decade. The book is full of Arabic grammar, it contains authentic Prophetic traditions and there are also weak ones in it. There are also opinions that are contrary to that of many Scholars of Tafsir. To address these issues, this research analytically examines and make a commentary on the Hashiya. The researcher selects verses one to twenty-six (Q: 24: 1–26) of Suratu al-Nur, because of its position in Islamic Law (Shari’ah). The paper is divided into two segments. The first segment itemises some descriptive statements on the (Hashiya), while the second part gives detailed analysis of the Hashiya. As a methodology, the content of the book was copied directly while making content analysis in the footnote. Likewise, the Prophetic traditions mentioned in the book are graded based on their status regarding authenticity or weakness as declared by Scholars; commentaries, the different recitations of the Qur’an and the names of the reciters were also mentioned in the footnotes. Finally, the paper concluded by mentioning the results of the work and making some recommendations.
ملخص يشكل على كثير من الناس فهم كتاب حاشية الصاوي والحال أنه من أهمّ كتب التفسير الذي يعتمد الناس عليه في شمال نيجيريا لاسيما في السنين الماضية لأنه كتاب مليئ بالإعراب والنحو والصرف، وفيه الأحادي ث الصحيحة كما أن هناك الأحادي ث الضعيفة والآراء المخالفة لكثير من المفسرين، فلما لاحظ الباح ث هذه المشكلات قام بدراسة تحليلية للحاشية وبتعليق عليها. واختار الباحث سورة النور لأهميتها ولمنزلتها في الشريعة الإسلامية، واختصر أيضا على ستة وعشرين آية فقط أي من أول السورة إلى الآية 26 وهي آخر آية في شأن حادثة الإفك، وأما كيفية الدراسة فقسّمها الباحث إلى قسمين، القسم الأول يحتوي خلاصة القول في الحاشية, والقس م الثاني يحتوي دراسة الحاشية بحيث ينسخ الباحث نص الحاشية ويدرسها كلمة تلو أخرى ثم يعلق على بعض الجمل إذا دعت الحاجة إلى ذلك, وخرج جميع الأحاديث الواردة في الآيات المدروسة نقلا من كتب التخريج وذكر القراءات مع عزوها إلى قرائها. ويقع ذلك كله في الهامش. ثم ختم المقالة بالخاتمة والتي اشتملت على أهمّ نتائج البحث.
